This 90-day guarantee is an amendment to the original guarantee policy, applicable to sign-ups on or after December 2, 2024.

For customers who sign up to SpeakerHUB (Outbound) on or after December 2, 2024, the terms of the guarantee are as follows:

The Guarantee

If you don't get invited to speak on a stage, podcast, small group, or large group within 90 days, and you've sent all your pitches each month, we will give you a full refund.

What You Need to Do

To qualify for the refund, you must do the following:

  1. Send Your Pitches: Every month, you must send all the pitches that are available in your account. This means:
    • Sending pitches to people who are looking for speakers
    • Following up with hosts when needed
    • Replying to any responses you get

Getting Your Refund

If, after 90 days, you have sent all your pitches and still haven't been invited to speak or appear on a podcast, we will give you your money back. You will need to show us proof that you sent all your pitches, and we'll check your account to make sure.

Important Details

  • If you don't send all your pitches, or if you get an invitation and choose not to accept it, the guarantee won't apply.

We believe that if you use SpeakerHUB the right way, you'll get speaking opportunities. But if not, we'll stand by our promise and give you your money back!

At SpeakerHUB, we believe in our service, and we want you to be happy with your experience. That's why we offer a 365-day money-back guarantee.
