The SpeakerFLYWHEEL™ — How six stages turn one talk into recurring income | SpeakerHUB
The system Six stages. Each one feeds the next.

Most experts start from zero every month. A flywheel doesn't.

One talk should not end when the room empties. The SpeakerFLYWHEEL™ is the six-stage system SpeakerHUB is built on: every stage produces the raw material the next one needs, so the fourth lap costs you less effort than the first and returns more.

Free forever plan. No credit card required.

The problem is almost never the talk.

We surveyed 4,830 speakers across 110 countries. The ones who plateau are rarely worse on stage. They are missing the stages on either side of it: nothing that generates the next conversation, and nothing that captures value from the last one.

48.6%
have no proactive pipeline
They wait to be found. When a month is quiet, there is nothing already in motion to fill it.
1.3%
use a CRM of any kind
Conversations live in an inbox. Most opportunities are not turned down, they are simply forgotten.
76.5%
earn under $25,000 a year from speaking
Usually because a single talk fee is the only thing they sell to a room that would have bought more.

01 · Build your profile
Your SpeakerPAGE is the link every pitch ends with, and the page a planner finds when they search your name.
02 · Discover & reach out
SpeakerLEADS opens a database of 3.5M+ contacts. SpeakerGPT drafts the pitch, SpeakerCAMPAIGNS sends the follow-ups.
03 · Manage your opportunities
SpeakerCRM tracks every conversation so nothing dies in a follow-up gap, and SpeakerDOCS handles the paperwork.
04 · Audience reviews you
SpeakerQR collects verified reviews from the room while you are still standing in it.
05 · Reviewers join your Hub
The people who reviewed you become members of your Hub instead of strangers you will never reach again.
06 · Sell trainings & services
SpeakerLIBRARY turns the same expertise into courses, coaching, and paid memberships you sell to your own audience.

SpeakerPAGE
SpeakerDOCS

Build a profile that answers the question before it is asked.

Every pitch you send ends in a link. If that link is a LinkedIn profile, a PDF, or a personal site that hasn't been touched since 2019, the person on the other end has to do work to say yes. Your SpeakerPAGE does that work for them: topics, formats, fee range, video, bio, and a way to contact you, on one page that loads in a second.

What you get
A public profile with unlimited photos and video, your talk titles, session formats, and audience fit
A listing in the SpeakerHUB directory, where event planners search by topic, location, and format
A custom URL you can print on a slide, a business card, or an email signature
SpeakerDOCS holds your one-sheet, contracts, riders, insurance, and tax forms in one place
What changes
You stop rebuilding your credibility from scratch in every email thread
People who search your name find a page built to get you hired, not a scattered trail
Booking paperwork takes minutes instead of a weekend of hunting through folders
Every later stage has somewhere to publish its proof
Feeds stage 02: outreach only works when there is something worth clicking at the end of it.

“I gained three speaking gigs in Northern Virginia and D.C. They found me because they Googled me and saw me on a SpeakerHUB page.”

SpeakerLEADS
SpeakerGPT
SpeakerCAMPAIGNS

Stop waiting to be discovered. Go find the room.

Nearly half of speakers have no pipeline at all, which means their calendar is decided by whoever happens to think of them. SpeakerLEADS replaces that with a searchable database of the people who book: podcast hosts, conference organizers, association program chairs, and media producers. You filter for fit, and you pitch.

What you get
3,600,000 podcasts, 209,000 associations, 174,000 media outlets, and 44,000 conferences, searchable by topic and audience
SpeakerGPT drafts the pitch, the bio, and the abstract in the language bookers actually respond to
SpeakerCAMPAIGNS runs the multi-touch sequence so the second and third touch actually happen
SpeakerWORKSPACES keeps a separate outreach identity for each topic you speak on
What changes
A slow month becomes a signal to send more pitches, not a month to absorb
Podcasts become your low-friction reps: free to do, fast to book, and permanent once published
You control volume. More pitches in means more conversations to choose between
No bureau or agent takes a cut of what you negotiate directly
Feeds stage 03: volume is only an advantage if the replies land somewhere you can work them.
Dr. Melanie Gray

“I had my first podcast scheduled within 12 hours of using it. In two months I’ve been on about 40 podcasts.”

SpeakerTEAMS

Work the conversations you already started.

Almost nobody in this profession uses a CRM, and it shows: the most common way to lose a booking is to let it go quiet. SpeakerCRM gives every conversation a place, a stage, and a next step, from the first reply through the signed agreement and the prep call.

What you get
A pipeline view of every opportunity, with the stage it is in and the date it last moved
Notes, history, and follow-up reminders attached to each contact and organization
Your own lists imported alongside SpeakerLEADS contacts, so everything lives in one pipeline
SpeakerTEAMS lets an assistant or agency seat work the pipeline with you
What changes
Warm conversations stop dying in an inbox two weeks after they started
You walk into every session already knowing the audience, the goal, and what was promised
One booked date becomes a relationship you can return to next year, and the year after
You can see which topics and which kinds of organization actually convert
Feeds stage 04: a session you prepared for is a session worth asking for proof about.
E.G. Sebastian

“On my way home, I popped by another organization that wasn’t responding to my emails. She said, yes, we are still very interested. Send a proposal.”

SpeakerQR
Verified reviews

Collect the proof while the room is still warm.

The best moment to ask for a review is the sixty seconds after you finish, and it is the moment almost everyone skips. SpeakerQR puts a QR code and a short link on your closing slide. The audience and the organizer leave a verified review on the spot, and it publishes straight to your SpeakerPAGE.

What you get
QR codes and short links for the last slide, the handout, or the chat window
Verified reviews from attendees and organizers, marked as verified rather than self-reported
Reviews published automatically to your profile, no copying and pasting
Contact capture on the same form, so a review and a lead arrive together
What changes
The next booker does not have to take your word for it, which shortens the decision
You get honest feedback on what landed, so the talk itself keeps improving
Your profile gets stronger after every session instead of staying frozen
Raising your fee becomes a conversation about evidence, not confidence
Feeds stage 05: the person filling in that form is one tap away from joining your Hub.
Fredah Mainah

“I also use it to collect testimonials. That’s another thing I’m loving about it.”

Fredah Mainah · CEO & Founder, Rainbow-Ono Sanctuary

Hubs
MemberHUB

Keep the audience you just earned.

This is the stage that turns a straight line into a wheel. Without it, every talk ends with a room full of people who liked you and then disappeared. A Hub gives them somewhere to go: your community, your content, your next session. The audience you spoke to once becomes an audience you can reach on purpose.

What you get
A community Hub of your own, included on every plan
Discussion feed, gated content, live cohorts, and private tiers you control
A member portal where your people find your courses, messages, and invoices in one place
An audience you own, not one rented from a platform's algorithm
What changes
Attendance stops evaporating. Every session adds to a list that persists
Members refer you, which is the warmest lead source there is
Your own event, cohort, or launch has an audience before you announce it
You are no longer starting from strangers every time you have something to sell
Feeds stage 06: an audience that already trusts you is who your paid offers are for.
Dr. Darlene Williams

“Last year was our first year and I only had 40 attendees. As of today, I have 127 people registered and paid.”

Dr. Darlene Williams · Founder & CEO

SpeakerLIBRARY
SpeakerTOOLS
SpeakerFRAMEWORKS

Sell more than the hour you were on stage.

A talk fee is one product built from a body of knowledge that could carry five. SpeakerLIBRARY lets you package the same expertise as a course, a cohort, a coaching container, a digital tool, or a paid membership, and sell it to the people already in your Hub rather than to strangers.

What you get
Courses, coaching programs, digital products, and paid memberships hosted in your Hub
SpeakerFRAMEWORKS turns your method into a named framework you can teach and license
SpeakerTOOLS builds assessments and calculators from your intellectual property
No marketplace commission on what you sell through your own Hub
What changes
Income stops being tied to how many dates you can physically show up for
A one-hour talk can lead to a training program, then to a retainer
You have something to offer the people who cannot afford to book you yet
Every delivery creates a new result you can put back on your profile
Feeds stage 01: new results, new reviews, new case studies. The wheel starts its next lap heavier.
Hanna D Bauer

“SpeakerHUB gave me the structure and the confidence to pitch, and that’s what’s making it happen.”

Hanna D Bauer · CEO & Leadership Strategist

The fourth lap is not the first lap again.

A funnel empties. A flywheel keeps what it built. Everything you produced on the last lap is still working for you on the next one, which is why the effort per booking goes down while the value of each booking goes up.

Lap one

Everything is cold

Profile: a bio and one photo, and no proof yet
Outreach: every pitch goes to someone who has never heard of you
Pipeline: a handful of conversations you are watching closely
Proof: whatever you can remember someone once said
Audience: the room, until everyone walks out of it
Offer: one fee for one hour
Lap four

The wheel carries its own weight

Profile: verified reviews, video from real sessions, named clients
Outreach: pitches land alongside podcasts a booker can already listen to
Pipeline: repeat organizers and referrals mixed in with new outreach
Proof: collected automatically at the end of every session
Audience: a Hub that grows after each engagement
Offer: a talk, a workshop, a course, a membership, and a retainer

Where does your wheel lose speed?

A flywheel only turns as fast as its slowest stage. Most people do not need all six at once. They need the one that is stuck.

“People say yes to a call, then go quiet after they look me up.”
Your credibility is scattered across five places and none of them close the loop. Fix the page first.
Stage 01
“My calendar is whatever comes in. Some months nothing comes in.”
You have no pipeline, so your income tracks other people's memory of you. Start pitching on purpose.
Stage 02
“I get interest, but half of it never turns into a date.”
The conversations are fine. The follow-up is the leak. Put them in a pipeline with a next step.
Stage 03
“I know the room loved it. I just have nothing to show for it.”
You are leaving your proof in the room. Ask for it before you leave the stage.
Stage 04
“Every talk starts my audience over from nothing.”
Without somewhere for people to go next, attention evaporates the moment you finish. Open a Hub.
Stage 05
“I'm booked, and my income still tracks my travel schedule.”
You are selling one product built from a body of work that could carry five. Package the rest.
Stage 06

How the flywheel works in practice

Do I have to run all six stages at once?

No, and most people should not try. Start where the wheel is stalled. If nobody can find you, start at stage one. If you are already getting booked but the audience disappears afterwards, start at stage five. Each stage works on its own; running them together is what makes the effort compound.

How long does a full lap take?

It depends on the kind of session. A podcast can go from pitch to published in a couple of weeks, so early laps often run on podcasts. Conference and corporate bookings usually run on a longer cycle, sometimes six to twelve months from first contact. Most members run several laps at once at different speeds.

Do I need to be a professional speaker for this to apply?

No. The flywheel is built for anyone who gets paid for what they know: consultants, coaches, trainers, authors, and subject-matter experts. Stage six is often where non-speakers earn the most, because the talk is a way into the training and consulting work rather than the product itself.

Which SpeakerHUB plan do I need to run the whole thing?

Every plan runs the whole flywheel — the tiers differ mainly on lead volume and live coaching. EMERGING at $157/mo is built for stages one through four: get your page up, work 100 SpeakerLEADS a month, track the conversations, and collect the proof. EXPERIENCED at $247/mo doubles the leads to 200 and adds the Close the Deal coaching, which is where stages five and six start paying off. EXPERT at $497/mo gives you 500 leads a month plus the Corporate Table, and is aimed at people selling consulting and retainers rather than single talks. Annual billing on any tier gives you two months free.

What if I already use my own CRM and email tools?

You can. The advantage of keeping it inside SpeakerHUB is that the stages are connected: a lead becomes a booking, the booking collects reviews, the reviews publish to your profile, and the attendees land in your Hub. Stitching that across separate tools is possible, it just takes more of your time and usually breaks at the handoffs.

Is the SpeakerFLYWHEEL just a funnel with a different name?

A funnel is linear and ends when someone buys. The flywheel is closed: the last stage produces new proof, new results, and new audience that go back into the first stage. The point is that lap four should cost you less effort per booking than lap one, which is not how a funnel behaves.
